Breakfast and dinner menus are based on a ‘farm to table’ concept using locally sourced produce and seasonal vegetables from our organic vegetable garden.

Breakfast is included, offering organic free-range eggs, fresh fruit and juices, local freshly baked bread, yoghurts, cereals, a selection of cold meats and cheeses and a range of herbal teas and coffee.
Dinners are provided at extra cost using the freshest Alentejo produce. The vegetables and herbs are all provided from our own organic garden using whatever is fresh and in season.
